*******************************************

Originariamente incisa da Gigliola Cinquetti nel 1964

L’autore, David Bret nel suo "Elvis Presley, The Hollywood Years" disse che "Please Don't Stop Loving Me" era basata su una canzone facente parte, del Festival della Canzone in Eurovisione, del 1964, come partecipazione dell’Italia. La canzone era "Non ho l'Età" (vinse il festival). Stranamente, quando guardai "Frankie and Johnny" , qualche giorno dopo, una persona non fan di Elvis, mi fece notare che "Please Don't Stop Loving Me" assomigliava a "Non ho l'Età."
